Choose from a variety of classes offered every day in our two large, air-conditioned studios. Most are geared to all levels, offering both high- and low-impact options.
Classes are free to fitness members including a $20 day pass.
ARRIBE/ZUMBA AEROBICS
Salsa-infused cardio aerobics with Zumba segments at beginning and end of class -- for everyone!! (60 minutes)
BALLETONE
A certified class developed for the non-dancer, combining cardio with dance conditioning exercises. (60 minutes)
BEYOND PILATES
A total body conditioning class that will increase body awareness and knowledge to promote physical well-being. (60 minutes)
CARDIO JAM
A combo of easy-to-follow cardio class with strength. (60 minutes)
CONDITIONING TRANSITIONS
An intense conditioning class incorporating agility drills, weights
and bodywork. (60 minutes)
CYCLING
A fantastic cardio class based on outdoor riding. Build strength, endurance and increase cardio-vascular fitness while burning calories. Our Kaiser bikes are AMAZING!! Signups available day of class. (60 minutes)
DYNAMIC STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Optimize your training with slow lifting to achieve maximum goals of increased
strength with body sculpting. Also improves performance and enhances energy.
Serious abs with core strengthening, of course! (Larger dumbbells may be
brought into class.) (60 minutes)
INTERVAL CHALLENGE
For all levels. A cardio and strength mixture with surprise interval combinations guaranteeing fun and variety. (60 minutes)
PILATES
Mat work feature all the Pilates basics with a special focus on breather and strengthening back and adbominal muscles, which are the "core muscles" that support the body. For all fitness levels.
SMOOTH
CARDIO MOVES
You'll burn calories and build stamina with non-stop arm patterns and easy
leg motions. The level and body options let you adapt the workout to your
own physical ability and the slower beat. (60 minutes)
SPATIAL MOVEMENT
A combination class for both the high- and low-cardio participant, with
strength training at intervals or at end of class. A fast-moving workout
for all. (60 minutes)
STRENGTH
TRAINING AND PILATES
A non-aerobic workout that's great for all fitness levels; shapes
and defines the body while increasing lean muscle mass and bone density.

VINYASA YOGA
Experience an invigorating flow of traditional yoga postures, sun salutations and deep relaxation.
(75 minutes)
YOGA
Instills true mind/body synthesis through improved balance and mental awareness
while increasing muscle strength and flexibility. (75 minutes)
ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin and International dance moves that create a dynamic and exciting cardio workout.
